The attendance management view gives your on-site team a live list of registered attendees for a specific event. From here you can search for a person, confirm their arrival with a single click, and assign a card UID to their record so that badge scanners can identify them throughout the venue.Documentation Index

Accessing the attendee view
Navigate to your event in JTE Panel, then open On-site Tools → Attendance Management from the event sidebar. The page loads all registered attendees for that event, each shown with their name, reference ID, phone number, and current check-in status. You must have an event selected before the attendance view is available. If you see an empty list, confirm that the correct event is active in the top navigation bar.
Searching for an attendee
A search bar at the top of the attendee list lets you filter results in real time. You can search by:- Full name — type the attendee’s first or last name
- Email address — paste or type the full address
- Reference ID — useful when attendees present a printed QR code or confirmation number
Confirming attendance
When an attendee arrives at the venue, locate them in the list and click Confirm. The row updates immediately to show a confirmed status indicator, and the change is recorded against theirattendeeId in the system.
Click Confirm
Press the Confirm button on the attendee’s row. The status indicator changes from pending to confirmed.
Card UID assignment for badge scanning
If your event uses NFC or RFID badge scanning, you can associate a physical card UID with an attendee record. Once assigned, scanning the card at any reader throughout the venue will identify the attendee without a manual lookup. The unique identifier read from the attendee’s NFC or RFID card. Scan the card using the reader connected to your check-in terminal, or enter the UID manually if known.
Open the attendee record
Click the attendee’s name or the edit icon on their row to open the detail panel.
Scan or enter the card UID
Place the card on the connected reader to auto-fill the Card UID field, or enter the value manually.
Each card UID must be unique within an event. If you try to assign a UID that is already linked to another attendee, the panel will show a conflict error before saving.
Real-time status indicators
The attendee list uses color-coded status badges so you can assess queue progress at a glance:| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Registered but not yet checked in |
| Confirmed | Checked in by an operator |
| Card assigned | Confirmed and a card UID has been linked |
