JTE Panel gives event organizers a single place to handle everything from initial setup to the day of the event. You can create an event, configure tickets, build a registration form, send communications to attendees, and manage on-site check-in — all without switching between tools.

What you can do with JTE Panel

Events

Create and manage events, duplicate past events to reuse settings, and track each event through the dashboard.

Attendees

View and manage your participant list, add attendees manually, import in bulk, and monitor check-in status.

Tickets

Create ticket types, set pricing and availability, and offer discount codes to your audience.

Communication

Send emails and SMS messages to your attendees, configure custom SMTP, and automate registration notifications.

AI Assistant

Use the built-in AI assistant (Beta) to configure tickets, capacity, and landing page content using natural language.

On-site tools

Track attendance at the venue, manage equipment loans, configure badge printing, and run day-of check-in.

How the panel is organized

The left navigation is split into two sections:
  • Your events — the dashboard and your full event list. Use this to create new events and switch between them.
  • Event management — all the tools for the event currently selected in the dashboard: attendees, tickets, discount codes, registration form, AI assistant, landing page, reports, modules, communication, and settings.
  • On-site — tools you use on the day of the event: attendance management, equipment rental, and badge label settings.
Most event management features require you to select an event first. If a menu item appears disabled, open the dashboard and select an event from the dropdown.
