The dashboard gives you a real-time overview of a selected event’s performance. When you open JTE Panel, the dashboard loads automatically and pre-selects either the event you were last working on or the most recently created event. All statistics on the page reflect the currently selected event.

Selecting an event

At the top of the dashboard there is an autocomplete selector labelled Select event. Start typing any part of an event name to filter the list, then click the event you want to view. The dashboard reloads all statistics for the selected event. If you navigate to an event from the event list using the “Go to event” button, the dashboard automatically switches to that event.
The dashboard keeps track of your active event across the panel. Selecting an event here also sets it as the active context for other management views.
You can also click New Event from the dashboard header to go directly to the Create an event form.

Registration trend chart

Below the event selector, a line chart shows the daily registration count over the lifetime of the event. The number displayed above the chart is the average number of daily registrations across all days with recorded activity. Use this chart to spot peaks (e.g. after a promotional email goes out) or drops in registration activity.

Participant statistics

The participant statistics section shows four key numbers for the selected event:

Registrations

Total number of attendees who have submitted the registration form.

Confirmed attendance

Number of attendees whose attendance has been confirmed.

Amount due

Total value of outstanding payments owed across all attendees, shown in PLN.

Payments received

Total amount of payments already collected, shown in PLN.

Communication statistics

The communication statistics section shows how your outbound messages are performing:

Emails sent

Total number of email messages sent to attendees for this event.

Emails opened

Number of sent emails that were opened by recipients.

SMS messages sent

Total number of SMS messages sent to attendees.
Compare emails sent to emails opened to gauge the effectiveness of your communications. A low open rate may mean your subject lines need adjustment or messages are landing in spam.
