You can add an attendee directly from the panel without them going through the public registration form. This is useful for speakers, organizers, late additions, or anyone whose registration you want to handle on their behalf. Attendees added this way haveDocumentation Index

Opening the form
From the attendee list, click the + Add attendee button in the top-right corner. You can also click Import attendees on this page to switch to the bulk import flow instead.Adding the attendee
Select a role
Choose the attendee’s role from the Role dropdown. The available options are:If you leave this field empty, the attendee is created without a role.
The role assigned to the attendee. Available values:
attendee— standard event participantspeaker— presenter or panelistorganizer— event staff or co-organizer
Fill in registration fields
Below the role selector, the form displays all fields configured for your event’s registration form.Fill in the details for the attendee. Which fields are required depends on your event’s form configuration.If your event form includes a ticket field, select the appropriate ticket from the dropdown.
The fields shown here are the same fields attendees fill in on the public registration form. If you have made changes to your event’s form configuration, those changes are reflected here.
Complete invoice details (if applicable)
If your event form collects billing information, an Invoice details section appears below the main fields. Click the chevron to expand or collapse it.Fill in any required billing fields. These fields are grouped separately from the main registration fields and are used to generate the attendee’s invoice.
Save the attendee
Click Save in the top-right corner. The attendee is created and you are redirected back to the attendee list.If you want to add multiple attendees from a spreadsheet instead, click Import attendees to switch to the import flow.
