https://events.jointoevent.io/<your-event-url>. The landing page editor lets you control what visitors see before they register — the layout, branding, location details, speakers, and agenda. Use the Preview button at any time to open the live page in a new tab.
General settings
The general section controls the top-level appearance of your landing page.The text shown in the visitor’s browser tab. Defaults to your event name if left blank.
A URL pointing to a favicon image. Leave blank to use the default JTE Panel icon.
The overall visual style of the page. Three options are available:
- Classic — a traditional, structured layout
- Modern — a clean, contemporary design
- Bold — a high-contrast, visually striking presentation
A hex color code (for example,
#2563eb) used as the accent color throughout the page. Applies to buttons, headings, and other highlighted elements.A URL pointing to a banner image displayed at the top of the page.
A URL pointing to your organization’s logo, displayed in the header.
A short headline displayed prominently over the hero image.
A longer description of your event, displayed in the main body of the page.
Location
Fill in your venue details to display a location section on the landing page. If you enable the map and the address is incomplete, a warning appears reminding you to fill in the missing fields before the map can be generated.The name of the venue or building where the event takes place.
Street name for the venue address.
Building or house number.
Postal or ZIP code.
City where the event takes place.
Country where the event takes place.
Any extra details, such as floor number, room name, or parking instructions.
The map embed URL is generated automatically from your address by the platform. It appears as a read-only field once the address has been processed.
Section visibility
Use the toggles in the Section visibility panel to show or hide individual sections of the landing page:| Toggle | What it controls |

Speakers
The speakers section lets you showcase the people presenting at your event. Each speaker entry includes:The speaker’s full name, shown as the primary identifier in the list.
Job title or role (for example, “Chief Technology Officer”).
Company or institution the speaker represents.
A URL pointing to the speaker’s headshot or profile photo.
Link to the speaker’s LinkedIn profile.
A short biography displayed on the landing page.
Agenda
The agenda section displays a schedule of sessions or presentations. Each agenda item includes:The date and time the session begins.
The date and time the session ends. Optional.
The name of the session or presentation.
A brief summary of the session content.
The name of the person presenting. You can type a name or select from the speakers you’ve already added.
The room or stage where the session takes place. Useful for multi-track events.
